Assisted Living Resident Assistant - PM shift Med Admin

Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in our Assisted Living household!

PM full time shift open 2 : 00pm-10 : 15pm.

Every other weekend and holiday required.

Base hourly wage is $15.13 / hour based on experience and certifications. PM's include a $2 per hour shift differential.

  • CBRF certifications are needed for this position
  • Paid training
  • Pick up pay an extra $4 / hr
  • Annual wage increase

As a Resident Assistant you will :

  • Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs)
  • Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
  • Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and / or needs
  • Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner

    • Minimum requirements :

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Strong prioritization and organization skill
  • Flu shot required annually Oct-March
