Everi is looking for an experienced licensing and regulatory compliance specialist to join our growing team! If you are a go-getter and thrive at attention to detail, we want to speak to you! In this position, you will process licensing (entity, officer/director, and occupational) and regulatory filings.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Assist in obtaining required occupational, entity, and/or principal licensing in jurisdictions the Company operates or seeks to operate.
- Responsible for handling and submitting all annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly regulatory filings in jurisdictions the Company operates.
- Communicate promptly and efficiently with regulatory authorities in resolving licensing matters, submitting requisite filings, and handling questions or requests; manages and resolves internal and external client requests through e-mail, remote computer access, and telephone.
- Responsible for monitoring and supporting all assigned cases, updating case activities, and training occupational licensing users on the current internal regulatory licensing system.
- Analyzes employee licensing requirements.
- Utilize proper research resources in determining and correcting regulatory compliance problems.
- Assist internal teams in resolving licensing or regulatory compliance issues, responding to inquiries, and communicating resolutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate with regulatory compliance management regarding regulatory licensing system software errors and/or program recommendation changes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:
Qualifications:
- Experience in a software compliance role supporting entity, individual, and occupational licensing; casino or supplier environment preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory licensing software, casino and/or gaming environments, and the associated licensing requirements in multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
Nice-to-have's:
- Experience working with Tribal Gaming regulators.
- Experience processing Gaming Technician Licenses.
- Working knowledge of ArdentSky and other compliance software.
- Microsoft Adobe Pro-DC experience.
