Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Regional SalesExecutive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who excels in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You will take ownership of your assigned sales territory, treat it like your own business, and deploy varying strategies to consistently exceed sales targets, from targeted cold calling, to door knocking, calling on expired leads, sending out custom campaigns, getting referrals, networking and other strategies as needed to exceed targets. This role will frequent visits to people's homes as well as businesses, identify decision makers, and provide a premier sales experience to each contact. This is a proactive hunter role for a large part of the year with increased leads as we approach the last quarter of the year, close to the holidays. You will join an existing team in Utah with 3 additional sellers, and 5 installers. You will be responsible for owning the relationship from first contact through install, and ongoing to get referrals and product cross-sell/upsell. You will be responsible for success in Utah for each of your customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow Everlights' market presence within your designated territory.
- Generate Leads: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build your pipeline for both residential and commercial.
- Build Commercial Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Property Managers, Electrical Engineers, Architects, and Commercial Builders, to deliver customized lighting solutions.
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and key decision-makers within your target industries.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Address client inquiries promptly, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Continuously update sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system - Hubspot.
- Monitor Market Developments: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies proactively.
Key Duties
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing client relationships.
- Effectively communicate the unique value of Everlights’ products and services to both residential and commercial customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and building strong post-sale relationships to get referrals and upsell.
- Work directly with engineers and builders to seamlessly integrate Everlights' solutions into their projects.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and communicate challenges and opportunities with the sales manager.
- Uphold Everlights' reputation for professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
