EverMind is looking for in-person counselor to add to our team! We partner with residential and long term care facilities to provide wrap around mental health services. We offer competitive pay and little to no no-shows due to the population we serve. This will allow you to help those who need it most and maximize your income.
Location: Boise, ID (preferred)- Schedule: Flexible (full-time; choose your own schedule)
- Pay: $30-$50/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy for clients with psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.
- Oversight of LMSW providers
- Facilitate Groups
- Complete CDAs as required by insurance providers
- Complete master treatment plans and other required documentation necessary for quality client care and billing purposes within a timely manner
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans and maintain up-to-date records within agency EHR program.
- Coordinate services for clients with the facility and with other team members (e.g PMHNPs, PCPs, and CBRS workers)
- Supervise CBRS workers as needed
Qualifications:
- Current licensure (LCSW - required) in Idaho or Oregon
- Maintain State licensure requirements and remain in good standing for the duration of employment
- Must be able to pass enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
