The Mow Crew Member position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure mowed lawns are visually appealing and neat. This position may operate a variety of hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, trim natural environments, dig trenches, clean up debris, and remove waste materials.

Working Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Essential Job Functions
- Follow written and verbal instructions from crew leader and clients.
- Mow lawns using various machinery including mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
- Edge lawns and landscape beds and trim around obstacles.
- Assist Maintenance and Install Crews when needed.
- Perform maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Load and unload equipment and trucks to and from worksites.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure that proper incident reporting procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean job site, picking up all tools and equipment and securing the job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
- Support projects as assigned.
- Attend meetings and functions.
- Model all Company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable communicating with crew members and customers in English.
- Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and equipment used, preferred.
