We are looking for an Operations Manager, Accounts Receivable for our client in Cleveland! You will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring client objectives are met.
Salary: $55,000-$60,000
Direct Hire
Hybrid after 60 days – 3 days in office and 2 days at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with corporate and client goals, delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop, adapt, and implement processes to support client needs and team objectives.
- Oversee and guide management staff, providing education and mentorship as necessary.
- Monitor dashboards to maintain current workflows and make staffing adjustments to address out-of-target areas.
- Track and evaluate staff productivity, addressing any performance concerns in collaboration with supervisors.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss processes and resolve billing issues.
- Analyze process flows to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Supervise the daily activities of direct reports, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- Assess account work volumes across divisions to determine and allocate necessary resources.
- Forecast and determine staffing needs based on historical and projected client volumes.
- Prioritize work tasks and provide clear direction to management staff.
- Evaluate staff performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures such as coaching plans, warnings, or disciplinary actions as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in managing staff within a business environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing various software and systems to support operational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proven success in attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities and communicate initiatives clearly to staff.
- Integrity, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software applications.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all professional matters.
