Job Description

Everstaff is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager position in the Middleburg Hts area!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure the timely completion of month-end close for all clients on the specified close date.
  • Monitor team performance against operational and departmental KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate and client objectives.
  • Present monthly KPI results to executive management, highlighting outliers and providing action plans. Track progress on these action plans.
  • Develop, adapt, and implement processes that meet the needs of both clients and billing teams. Identify opportunities for improvement, with a focus on increasing offshore staff utilization and automating tasks.
  • Forecast staffing needs based on volume projections and financial metrics, and determine the optimal allocation of onshore vs. offshore work. Present staffing plans during quarterly meetings.
  • Oversee the monitoring of FTEs on accounts, ensuring the expense ratio aligns with company targets in relation to revenue.
  • Manage and guide the management team, providing education and direction as needed. Prioritize work tasks and ensure alignment with team goals.
  • Analyze process flows and account receivable status to identify and resolve issues.
  • Track the daily activity and performance of direct reports.
  • Collaborate with the management team to monitor performance trends, creating improvement plans for staff who do not meet performance standards.
  • Attend client meetings to address process or billing-related questions and resolve any concerns.
  • Investigate outstanding aged accounts receivable to determine necessary steps for payment collection and take appropriate actions.
  • Monitor electronic claims and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :

  • Strong background in accounts receivable preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing onshore and offshore staff in a business environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performance team members.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and communicate initiatives and objectives clearly to staff.
  • Demonstrated integrity, positive attitude, and goal-driven approach.
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other related software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Salary : $85,000-$90,000

    Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
