We are partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Controller to join their dynamic team. As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the plant's operations, ensuring that financial records are accurate and compliant with company standards.
Direct Hire
Salary up to 140k base plus bonus.
Hybrid 1-2 days at home
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Monitor and control operating costs, ensuring the plant operates within budget.
- Analyze variances and provide recommendations for cost improvements and efficiency gains.
- Support plant leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage inventory, capital expenditures, and fixed asset accounting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the operations team to provide financial insight and support for decision-making.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and provide insight into product costing.
- Lead and mentor plant accounting staff.
