We're searching for a Financial Analyst (Plant Controller) to join an innovative and industry-leading organization. This is an onsite contract role in Brookings, SD, where you'll be a key financial leader, partnering with operations to drive efficiency, cost savings, and strategic financial decisions.
About the Role
You will lead financial operations for the plant, partnering with leadership on key financial decisions. Analyze plant spend and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage financial rhythms, including month-end close, financial reporting, and annual budgeting.
Provide insights on inventory, production costs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial standards and statutory requirements.
Your Background
You have a strong background in finance, preferably in manufacturing finance. You possess a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 12 years of experience. Your expertise includes income statements, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
A professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus. You are a skilled problem-solver with the ability to influence and drive financial improvements.
