The Everstory Marketing Manager upholds the “voice of the consumer” within the company and will translate needs into go-to-market plans to support sales teams across multiple locations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and opportunities for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product launch strategies.
- Assist in creating product development plans, timelines, and forecasts.
- Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution within budget.
- Define product specifications with Operations and incorporate key features into marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Monitor industry developments and consumer feedback to refine product and marketing strategies.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional content in partnership with Marketing.
- Equip Sales with product knowledge, sales tools, and training materials.
- Serve as the primary liaison between teams to ensure alignment on product management and launches.
- Facilitate communication for seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
- 3 years of brand, product or marketing management experience, preferably supporting multiple marketing functions.
- Experience working for a multi-site, multi-state organization is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design; knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva a plus.
- Experience using project management software; knowledge of Monday.com a plus.
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system; knowledge of HubSpot a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Empathy, discretion, and an understanding of the sensitive nature of our services. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and respect in all communications.
- Must possess valid driver's license.
