Job Summary
Researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting strategies to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for the organization. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develops effective recruitment strategies, and ensures a seamless candidate experience.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
- A working knowledge of human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience; and
- Five plus years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies and associations.
- Reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Assists with onboarding and new employee orientation.
- Maintains accurate records of all recruitment activities, outreach efforts, and candidate information.
- Ensures all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Salary range $71,460 - $89,330
- Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 14% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
