We are looking for an efficient, organized, multi-tasker that can deal with interruptions and be able to work positively with customers as well as keep track of the financial operations. Experience in QuickBooks is helpful, ability to create and follow standards and procedures, exhibit detailed analysis of information, balance and generate financial reports, accurate data entry, knowledge of taxes requirements and payment, comprehension of accounting practices, attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, reliability, great communication and a sense of humor.
We would like a person who can be flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment, works easily with vendors, customers, sales and technicians, and wants to be a long-term part of a forward-thinking, evolving enterprise in one of the fastest growing areas of the Pacific Northwest.
