What Youll Do:
- Schedule and manage appointments, travel, board minutes, and more.
- Create and polish correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas, while ensuring follow-ups on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, representing our values.
- Jump into special projects, order supplies, coordinate meal orders, and manage office operations.
Who Were Looking For: Youre a perfect fit if youre detail-oriented, dependable, and always ready to lend a helping hand. We want someone who:
- Has experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Has top-notch organizational and time-management skills.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Is highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Can multitask, prioritize, and handle information with discretion.
- Holds a bachelors degree in business administration (preferred).
- Has a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
In addition, youll complete Trauma-Informed Education to understand and engage with our youth, families, and colleagues in a sensitive, responsive way.
