Job Description
In a dynamic R&D with a flattened structure, the incumbent is an internal resource person and a technical point of contact within Olympus. The incumbent advises employees working in mechanical product development and remains on the lookout for new technologies relevant to our current and future developments, in connection with the test and measurement market. The incumbent contributes to external communications through scientific presentations, the writing of patents or the management of subcontractors. The incumbent works in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a state-of-the-art environment.

Develop the mechanical engineering innovation strategy based on the overall non-destructive testing strategy and propose research topics (TRP / TDP);
