We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufactured Home Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 300-pad community. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement policies and improve community performance
• Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Conduct weekly property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• Manage rent collection and delinquency follow-ups
• Oversee projects, vendor contracts, proposals, and community improvements
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the real estate or property management industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with property management software (Rent Manager preferred)
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors
• Sales experience is a plus
