Client Partnership Management:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor
- Conduct monthly performance calls and quarterly business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and strategic value
- Create customized client communication plans to ensure proactive engagement and satisfaction
- Identify early warning signs of client concerns and implement targeted retention strategies
- Document client interactions, feedback, and strategic decisions in our CRM system
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between clients and internal marketing specialists
- Maintain exceptional response times (within 24 hours) for all client communications
- Facilitate smooth onboarding transitions from sales to ongoing client management
Strategic Marketing Guidance:
- Analyze marketing performance data across multiple channels and prepare client-facing reports
- Translate technical marketing metrics into clear business outcomes clients can easily understand
- Provide expert consultation on SEO performance, website analytics, paid advertising results, and social media engagement
- Identify strategic opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness based on performance trends
- Recommend service expansions or adjustments to improve client results and satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of professional experience in client-facing roles at a digital marketing agency or SaaS organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, Google Ads, and social media strategies
