Retail Cannabis Leadership Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Team Lead at Evolve Cannabis LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, educating customers, and ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, manage best practices, and maintain high standards of professionalism and compassionate customer service.
• Assist in cash handling with the POS system and ensure compliance with inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry, preferably in cannabis retail.
• Familiarity with all aspects of cannabis products, including terpenes, trichomes, methods of consumption, and cannabis science.
