We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care business line at Evonik Industries. This role involves managing end-to-end order processing, handling customer requests from initial receipt through to the delivery of goods, issuing necessary documentation, and collaborating closely with other value chain stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes managing sample requests, MTO (Make-to-Order) products, and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end order processing using the SAP system.
- Utilize external platforms provided by our warehouses to track and manage inventory and shipments.
- Issue and manage all necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle sample requests and MTO product orders specific to the Health Care business line.
- Attend meetings related to Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant areas to support our manufacturing site operations.
- Coordinate international requests, processing orders with sister companies worldwide, and managing shipments to and from the US.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
