Growth Opportunity in Healthcare

Are you a master of inside sales, able to quickly build a rapport with someone and persevere using logic and empathy to persuade a contact?

We’re building a team to work with our client families and their insurance companies to negotiate coverage options. There’s no cold calling involved; however, that kind of experience can help you succeed in this position. You will be working with our client families and their insurance companies.

In this role, you will educate clients on our philosophy and treatment plans. The successful candidate will be sales-oriented with a keen sense of empathy. We will teach you the market!

What You Will Do

• Use inside-sales techniques to identify and engage potential clients, promote our autism-care services, and explain the insurance process/timeline
• Help families understand the critical importance of our process and convince insurance representatives of the value of our services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families and insurance companies
• Maintain detailed records of all communications with families, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance expertise in the autism care field

Education/Experience And Other Requirements

• 2 years of experience in inside sales
• Proven track record in negotiation and advocacy on behalf of clients preferred
• Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce)

• Proven sales aptitude
• Dynamic phone presence to engage with clients and present solutions
