As our Total Rewards Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind ensuring our people are paid fairly, rewarded handsomely, and cared for with benefits that make life a little sweeter. Job Duties
- Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with company goals.
- Design, implement, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers, benefits brokers, and third-party administrators to negotiate contracts and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate salary reviews, merit increase processes, and open enrollment for benefits to align with company strategy and budgets.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, and deliver educational resources to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Work with executives, People Ops teams, and managers to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends, compare with industry standards, and provide recommendations to keep the organization competitive.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits to maintain compliance and minimize risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 3 years) in compensation and benefits management, HR, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with compensation tools, spreadsheets, and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of relevant federal, state, and local laws, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and other compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Professional certification (Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR)) is preferred but not required.
