ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is seeking a social media savvy marketing professional to join the team as a Marketing Manager!
The position is 100% remote Monday - Friday standard business hours.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and communicating the company's brand strategy and for creating and implementing a measurable marketing plan that supports the company's Sales and Corporate KPIs.

- Create, implement and evaluate annual marketing plan and identify specific tactics to support Sales and Corporate KPIs
- Responsible for all branding and marketing including traditional and digital assets
- Implement all aspects of corporate communications
- Collaborate with Sales and senior executives on marketing strategy, collateral, trade show strategy and organization, inventory of marketing materials, and administering sales and marketing tracking tools
- Manage all corporate communications programs including but not limited to: internet, social media, print, email, paid media, public relations, and content marketing plan
- BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent education and work experience
- Social media experience is required
- Experience in consumer marketing or consumer products is highly preferred
- Industry experience in insurance, workers comp, business services, or legal is preferred
- Previous experience with WordPress, Hootsuite, BigStock, Joomla, and CRM systems also preferred
- Previous experience attending tradeshows is preferred
- Ability to understand, learn and communicate the needs of each client and stakeholder
- Must demonstrate self-motivation and be a self-starter who takes direction when given but has the ability to determine what is required and the willingness to take action
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have previous experience with CRM systems
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Must be a strategic thinker who can sell ideas, communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with a wide range of colleagues and clients
- Must have strong focus on the delivery of results
- Must have experience creating and maintaining web content
- Must have editorial mindset and seek to understand what audiences consume and assess how to create it consistent with brand, voice, style and tone
- Editorial mindset to include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- Must demonstrate attention to detail and willingness to follow-up to assure work is complete
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
