Overview
7-Eleven is looking for a HubSpot joining a team of multidisciplinary team of engineers who create digital products that millions of 7-Eleven customers experience every day. We are seeking experienced CRM developers with expertise in HubSpot. These developers will assist in developing custom CRM workflows and integrating APIs.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop Custom CRM Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows within HubSpot to streamline business processes and enhance customer engagement.
2. API Integration: Integrate HubSpot with other internal and external systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
3. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to create digital products that enhance the customer experience.
4. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HubSpot CRM, including data migration, cleansing, and enrichment.
5. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of HubSpot implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
6. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for HubSpot-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
7. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes and provide training to team members on best practices and new features.
Qualifications:
1. Experience with HubSpot: Proven experience in developing and managing HubSpot CRM, including custom workflows and API integrations.
2. Sales Hub Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, including pipeline management, sales automation, and reporting.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or similar, and experience with RESTful APIs.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within the CRM system.
5. Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
