Summary of Responsibilities: Work within a station that is part of a larger assembly line to assemble a unit using standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent work flow to ensure safe operations, quality product, and consistent delivery. Essential Duties:Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies at a bench or on the floor. (Approx. 60%)Read and understand operation standards, as needed, such as blueprints. (Approx. 15%)Manual movement and lifting by fastening parts together by hand and/or using hand tools and portable power tools. (Approx. 25%)NOTE: These duties are subject to change as business needs and strategies evolve. Employee may be required to perform other duties of comparable complexity.Education: High School /GED diploma requiredExperience:Six months to one year (Approx. factory, assembly, or mechanical experience)Basic Knowledge of Hand ToolsRequired Skills:Ability Work as a Team Player Ability to Follow StandardsAbility to Follow Directions Verbal Communication Skills
