**THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST**
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Complete judicial counsel forms.
· Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents.
· Submit documents to the courts via e-filing.
· Prepare discovery requests and responses.
· Manage the attorney's calendar.
· Collect necessary documents for trials and hearings.
· Communicate with clients, outside counsel, county clerks, court staff, and others.
Skills and Qualifications:
· A strong work ethic is essential.
· Effective communication skills are necessary.
· A high degree of organization is needed.
· Ability to follow directions is required.
· Previous experience in family law is mandatory.
