SALES EXECUTIVE, PROFESSIONAL STAFFING
Location : Schaumberg, IL
Pay : $$65k
Our client is looking for you, a Sales Executive with experience in the staffing industry, preferably selling within one of the professional disciplines : Engineering, IT, Finance / Accounting or others.
What you get to do :
- Maximize territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, conducting customer meetings, and demonstrating staffing solutions and services (direct hire, contract / temporary, staff augmentation, etc)
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking at key client / association events and referrals, and establishing appointments via phone
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers using a strategic and consultative approach to understand the client's needs and demonstrate the value of services to meet those needs
- Provide ongoing customer service to accounts once secured
- Work closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations
