Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our property management operations and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities to foster relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. The Real Estate Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing property value while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and other contracts with tenants and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other relevant real estate laws.
- Oversee financial aspects of property management, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests promptly.
- Provide administrative support related to property management tasks, including record keeping and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with tenants regarding policies, procedures, and any changes affecting their residency.
