Summary

Work remotely as a Business Development Partner while being primarily focused on new client acquisition, new business development, securing job requisitions, and the option of full-desk recruitment. You'll earn one of the highest rates in the industry and gain access to our corporate-level resources to support your success.

Collaborate with an ambitious, highly skilled team while leveraging our corporate infrastructure, including : operations, technology, legal, billing, collections, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

  • B2B sales and new business development for recruiting services.
  • Contract negotiation with prospective clients to secure job requisitions.
  • Account manage and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Identify, evaluate, screen, and present top talent to clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in new client development for full-desk recruitment.
  • Experience using recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of select industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Alignment with Executive Solutions' core values.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor.
  • United States resident.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
