We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.
Executive Title Company is looking to hire a permanent on-site or hybrid Sr. SoftPro Administrator / Business Analyst. Responsible for providing dedicated support for the Title and Escrow services production system. Play a key role in the design, development, enhancement and management of SoftPro Title and Escrow production system. Analyze system configuration, design requirements specifications, and write business rules while following best practices for security and system management, along with team members, manage and resolve all related critical initiatives and issues on a day-to-day basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform the duty of a Senior contributor on the team responsible for SoftPro system configuration, workflows and maintenance.
- Manage the implementation of the SoftPro enhancement project as well as various projects as assigned by the company.
- Responsible for data templates, document sets, fee tables, user hierarchy / access rights, software upgrades, and overall configuration maintenance.
- Work with the company and management to leverage the production system for business needs.
- Provide Production Reporting support.
- Manage Title system vendor relationship and perform monthly review to ensure system performance metrics are maintained.
- Verify administer, troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining communications channels.
- Analyze the effects of software upgrades on system functionality prior to implementation to mitigate issues.
- Effectively communicate technical proposals, system changes and procedure changes with team members and management in mortgage department meetings.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with cross functional IT teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for operating standards, processes, procedures and routine gap analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
