Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage payroll inquiries via mail, email, and phone
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Review and verify weekly time and attendance records
- Enter and adjust timecard data accurately
- Collaborate with vendors to facilitate the garnishment process
- Upload and process payroll data
- Ensure payroll data accuracy through detailed reviews
- Maintain and update process documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree preferred
- Payroll experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong organizational skills
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
