EXL is hiring a Remote Content Manager based in the United States.
EXL is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our Business Development and Sales Proposal & Bid Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content that supports business development initiatives and enhances proposal submissions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills, capable of producing high-quality content that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
The Content Manager will be creative, detail oriented, and flexible, prepared to meet project deadlines and a variety of deliverables. The is individual must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; top-notch writing and editing ability in English for an American audience, and be a self-starter that works independently, as well as within groups with various levels of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to gather information for content development. Analyze data and insights to inform content creation.
Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, bids, presentations, and other business development materials. Ensure all content is tailored to the target audience and meets client requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with business development managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand project objectives.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Ensure all written material adheres to company brand standards and style guidelines.
Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of a content strategy that supports business growth and aligns with company objectives. Craft proposal language, build standard materials, engage in best practices, and ensure win themes and differentiators are included in deliverables. Assist in maintaining a content calendar for timely delivery of materials.
Proposal Management Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals by organizing information, drafting sections, and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, journalism, marketing communications, creative writing, or other related degree from an accredited college or university.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - AP Style knowledge
Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to conceptualize, write, and review highly effective executive summaries, proposal content, and corporate sales materials
Strong research abilities and proficiency in synthesizing complex information into clear, concise content.
Confident working in fast-paced, time-sensitive, corporate environment, dealing with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary : $28 - $33
