Exotic Snack Guys is a specialty snack store offering unique treats from 33 countries! We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help create an exciting shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service.
- Share product knowledge and recommend snacks based on customer preferences.
- Process sales transactions using our Shopify POS system and handle cash or card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and track expiring items.
- Assemble and promote mystery snack boxes
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in adding new products to inventory and syncing them using the store laptop.
- Close registers, void sales, and ensure accurate daily reports.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
