Founding Account Executive – Early-Stage B2B SaaS Startup
Location : San Francisco, CA (On-Site, 5 days / week)
A fast-growing construction technology startup is looking for its first sales hire —a Founding Account Executive ready to own and scale the sales motion. This company is transforming the $12T construction industry by modernizing outdated software with APIs and automation tools that streamline workflows between the field and the back office. Their product is already being used by 140 customers , they have hit seven-figure ARR , and they are cash-flow positive —strong traction with room to grow.
Why This Role?
- Work directly with the CEO to scale revenue from $X million to $XX million ARR .
- Own the full sales cycle – from defining ICP and GTM strategy to closing deals and optimizing contract terms.
- Influence product strategy , working closely with engineering and product leadership based on customer insights.
- Build an outbound motion while continuing to convert a strong inbound and referral pipeline .
