We are seeking a proactive and personable Workplace Experience Coordinator to support the daily operations of our workplace services team. This role involves coordinating a range of administrative and facilities-related activities to ensure a smooth and engaging workplace experience for employees and visitors. This role supports services delivered directly by our company or through third-party providers and requires a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Provide front desk support, manage reservations, and escort vendors as needed
- Administer employee and visitor ID badges
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries
- Monitor and restock pantry supplies and office consumables
- Ensure printer setup and functionality
- Support coordination of office moves or workspace changes
- Submit and manage building-related work orders
- Respond to day-to-day challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- Adapt to dynamic workplace needs and take direction constructively
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in roles such as front desk, concierge, hospitality, room coordination, or customer service
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
- Adaptability to changing needs and willingness to take initiative
Preferred Experience:
- Background in restaurant, hotel, or broader hospitality environments
- Experience working with workplace operations, facilities, or office services
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $25.92 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
