Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in all visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact, representing the site’s image and culture.
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phones and handling visitor badges.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped.
- Assist in organizing catering or refreshments for meetings and events as needed.
- Provide general administrative support and collaborate with internal teams.
- Maintain awareness of daily schedules and visitor flow to ensure a seamless experience.
