✅ What You’ll Do:- Source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and timelines
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment/staffing
- Familiarity with VMS tools like Beeline, Covendis, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
