Job Description
Reporting to the HRBP, you will provide HR guidance and support for teams, working closely with managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver people processes and programs according to our regional and global initiatives. You will be a culture and change champion, an employee and business advocate.
You Will
- Support HR Business Partners (HRBP) and client groups by pulling, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform and support effective decision-making processes.
- Work closely with HRBPs to stay informed of business initiatives and keep them appropriately informed while building on processes and programs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support various HR programs and processes and support communication efforts of these into the business.
- Foster strong working relationships across teams and keep close, direct contact with HR Business Partners and COE's to ensure that programs are delivering the expected business outcomes and contributing to strategic decisions and plans.
- Meaningfully contribute to the culture evolution of the business by contributing to Internal Communications and Engagement efforts.
- Partner with Managers and/or HRBPs on performance management and employee relations situations, including corrective actions, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
- 2 years of experience within HR experience as an HR Generalist
- HR Generalist background, progressive experience in HR, HRBP work, HR Programs, Culture, partnering with leaders
- Curious and collaborative team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
