What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Administrative Assistant position at Experian?
Reporting to the SVP Sales the Senior Administrative Assistant will perform all administrative tasks in support of North American Sales Leadership.
Essential Duties :
- Coordinate travel for the North America Sales Leadership
- Help with the onboarding of new employees
- Prepare standing and adhoc meetings as requested by leadership. Coordinate any logistical requirements (meeting space projector supplies easels refreshments etc.)
- Schedule appointments and meticulously maintain calendars for leaders as requested.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for leaders ensuring all reimbursements are quickly processed and balanced against expense submissions
- Process orders for new equipment or new requisitions through the procurement management system
- Support Leadership team meetings tracking of attendance recap meeting and distribute as appropriate
- Creation of communications and powerpoints
- Partner with internal staff at all levels
- Periodic interactions with external clients
- Maintain confidence and protect operations by exhibiting appropriate discretion to keep information confidential
