Location : San Antonio, TX
Pay Range : $18 / Hour Benefits
Contract Duration : 90 Days Contract to Hire
Job Function :
- Organize and process a large volume of invoices (averaging 100 - 200 invoices per day).
- Quality check scanned invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Research vendor statements, past due notices, and unidentified mail.
- Perform basic clerical duties related to the accounting department.
- Interface with all levels of the organization and manage expectations effectively.
