Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and system users to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system specifications for higher education environments, particularly within California community colleges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving systems and processes.
- Perform technical system analysis, ensuring the integration and optimization of systems in accordance with institutional needs.
- Support basic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) duties including requirement gathering, system testing, and implementation.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to facilitate technical and business needs alignment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring that solutions are both timely and effective.
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and usability of implemented solutions.
