Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Documentation Control II to join their team. As a Documentation Control II, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting a collaborative team of 10-12 individuals. Pay Range : $23.00-25.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Convert paper records to electronic files by scanning and storing them in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide records and change management support as required.
- Assess and classify various data types, determining appropriate retention periods based on legal obligations.
- Maintain the official repository for all Retention Schedules and supporting documentation.
- Review records to ensure adherence to the retention strategy and propose corrective actions when necessary.
