Job Description : Onsite / / 50 WPM Required
Purpose Statement
Maintains and implements change management system in support of quality systems and practices to meet client, customer, and regulatory requirements. Serves as a quality representative contact on own area of expertise and supports all other change activity.
New hire will be working with a team of 10-12 people. Caring and engaging team.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert paper records to electronic files by scanning files and storing them in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide records, and change management support as required.
- Assess and classify various data types, determining appropriate retention periods based on legal obligations and business needs.
- Maintain the official repository (WebXtender) for all Retention Schedules and any supporting documentation.
- Review records to ensure adherence to the retention strategy, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in responding to internal and external customer points as appropriate.
- Understand and adhere to the company's procedures, and policies.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the core values of the Client Corporation.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements
Typing speed of 50 WPM is required. Please add to the submittal form, accordingly.
High School or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
Microsoft office skills
Data processing experience
Experience in a controlled environment
Goal and focus-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
