Job Title : Food Safety Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location : Columbus, OH
What's the Job?
- Implements, trains and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality prior to delivery
- Communicates and trains personnel on new directives, policies, or procedures to FSQA staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
- Identifies quality defects and food safety issues and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends solutions to these issues
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe
- Ensure operational compliance with food safety and quality are met
- Ensure production is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
