Tasks :
- Diagnose and resolve automation system issues to reduce downtime and optimize equipment efficiency.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure all associated documentation is completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and production teams to achieve production objectives.
- Fabricate necessary repair components using available workshop equipment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in automation processes.
- Oversee the startup and commissioning of injection molding machines (IMMs).
- Program and troubleshoot IMM robots to ensure smooth operation.
- Program and maintain Kuka robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues to maintain production flow.
