We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receiver Dispatcher to join our team. As a Receiver Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming shipments and dispatching deliveries to the appropriate locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
2. Dispatch deliveries to designated locations in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
4. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
5. Communicate with warehouse staff and management to coordinate logistics.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
