Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Change Management efforts for a large-scale Workday implementation.
- Partner with stakeholder groups to assess readiness, manage resistance, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop and execute change plans including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Support leadership in fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of Workday-related training for multiple teams.
- Track and report on change adoption, readiness metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5 years of experience leading OCM initiatives in complex technology programs.
- Proven ability to build trust and engagement in hybrid work environments.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Working knowledge of Workday Finance and/or HCM modules is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Local candidates (Twin Cities metro area) are preferred.
Bonus Points If You Have
- OCM experience within state, county, or city governments or the nonprofit sector.
- Prosci or ACMP certification.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for Workday rollouts.
- Experience with public-sector transformation initiatives.
- Bilingual or multicultural background.
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) required.
- OR Associate degree with 5 additional years of relevant experience.
- Prosci, ACMP, or other change management certifications are a plus.
