Position Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first face customers see when they visit the shop for their hail estimate—and the one who helps guide them through the final step of committing to their vehicle’s repair. Your role is essential in helping customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident in choosing Express AHR.
You’ll support customers through their visit, explain our simple repair process, answer questions, and assist them in signing their repair authorization paperwork (we’ll train you on everything you need to know).
What You'll Do
- Greet walk-in and scheduled customers with warmth and professionalism
- Clearly explain the repair process and benefits of choosing Express AHR
- Support customers in reviewing and signing contracts for hail repair
- Answer basic questions regarding insurance, deductibles, and next steps
- Manage appointment check-ins and keep the schedule organized
- Assist the estimating team in preparing paperwork or photos if needed
- Keep the front area clean, welcoming, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to help customers feel at ease and confident in their decisions
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and basic office software
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Prior customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible scheduling available (Monday–Saturday)
- Around 40 hours per week
- Pay range: starts at $16 per hour based on skills (can be negotiable) bonuses for contract signings
