Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and oversee all aspects of the general ledger.
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage inventory tracking and cost accounting specific to the manufacturing process.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings in coordination with external tax professionals.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks (Advanced proficiency required).
- Proven work experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

- Wages: $25-$30 p/hr DOE
