Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Education/Experience
Minimum 1-year experience with forklift operating between 5,000-10,000 pounds, loading and unloading trucks, and material handling/packaging. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment a plus.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. There is required physical lifting of machine parts, physically maneuvering large master rolls and smaller finished rolls of paper. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The warehouse is not

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for material handling and packaging as instructed.
- Perform pre-shift forklift inspections, as instructed.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, or other equipment.
- Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.
- Report non-safe work practices, poor performance on day of occurrence to supervisor.
- Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness of warehouse, and pallet rack system as directed.
- Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Report quality variances.
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number & type of product is loaded & shipped.
- Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
- Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
- Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
