Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and direct incoming calls and visitors, ensuring confidentiality and discretion with sensitive communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls, including offsite meetings, and prepare detailed meeting minutes.
- Plan and manage company events, executive calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as maintaining files, preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- Positive and professional demeanor with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with Executive Leadership.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability to various situations.

- Clear and concise verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong written communication skills and professional personal presentation.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Excellent overall computer skills.
- Internet savvy.
