Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Outreach
- Identify and contact potential clients to advertise our painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning services.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, presenting our services professionally and persuasively.
- Track leads and follow up with interested clients to secure contracts.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Assist in recruiting new employees, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and setting up interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective onboarding of new team members.
Clerical and Administrative Support:
- Handle customer calls and inquiries, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule jobs with inspectors and ensure clear communication with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with the office manager to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage other clerical duties as assigned by the owner, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other office tools.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
